Job Description – Senior Accountant

Important : Prior experience in the Automobile Industry is mandatory. Candidates without relevant automobile industry experience will not be considered.

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month (depending on experience and profile)

Experience: Minimum 3 years in a relevant accounting role

Age Criteria: 27–45 years

Gender: Male/Female

Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with strong expertise in Tally, bank reconciliation, GST, TDS, and vendor payment tracking. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in day-to-day accounting operations, payroll calculations, and professional email communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records using Tally.
- Perform daily bank reconciliation and ensure accurate financial records.
- Prepare and maintain GST-related data and documentation.
- Handle TDS calculations, records, and related compliance activities.
- Calculate monthly salaries and assist with payroll processing.




- Track vendor payments and maintain vendor ledgers.
- Reconcile vendor accounts and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Handle professional email communication regarding payments, accounts, and financial matters.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting activities.
- Maintain proper documentation and financial records.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Tally.
- Practical experience in bank reconciliation, GST, and TDS.
- Knowledge of salary calculations and payroll processing.
- Experience in vendor ledger management and payment tracking.
- Good written communication skills for professional email correspondence.
- Robust attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
