Maa Industrial Marketing is looking for an Accountant to manage daily accounting, GST returns, TDS, Income Tax (IT), Proforma Invoices (PI), sales and purchase invoices, bank reconciliation, Tally entries, ledger maintenance, and customer and vendor accounts. Candidates should have valuable knowledge of accounting, taxation, and MS Excel.

Roles & Responsibilities – Accountant

- Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally / Tally Prime.
- Prepare sales invoices, purchase bills, and Proforma Invoices (PI).
- Handle GST calculations, returns, reconciliations, and related documentation.
- Manage TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and returns.
- Assist with Income Tax (IT) compliance and documentation.
- Maintain accounts payable, accounts receivable, and customer/vendor ledgers.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash and bank records.
- Verify purchase orders, invoices, payment receipts,



and other financial documents.
- Track outstanding payments and coordinate with customers and suppliers.
- Maintain purchase registers, sales registers, and expense records.
- Prepare debit notes, credit notes, and payment vouchers as required.
- Assist in monthly financial reporting and account reconciliation.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely submission of statutory returns.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and management for accounting and taxation matters.
- Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions and ensure compliance with applicable accounting and tax regulations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
