- Resolve customer queries clearly and professionally
- Explain the process, steps, and requirements to customers
- Verify KYC documents (as per company guidelines)
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM
Requirements:
- Graduate in any stream (freshers and experienced candidates can apply)
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools
- Polite, patient, and customer-focused approach
- Attention to detail for document verification
