- Handle receipt, verification, storage, and issuance of raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods.
- Verify materials against purchase orders, invoices, and relevant documents.
- Coordinate with QA/QC for sampling, testing, and release of raw materials and packing materials.
- Ensure finished goods are stored and dispatched only after QA release.
- Maintain proper material identification, segregation, batch-wise traceability, and storage conditions.
- Issue raw and packing materials to production against approved requisitions.
- Control printed packaging materials such as labels, cartons, and foils.
- Maintain stock registers, ERP/SAP entries, and inventory records.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO for inventory management and monitor expiry dates.
- Conduct physical stock verification and inventory reconciliation.
- Follow GMP, GDP, SOPs, and safety requirements.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and documentation for audits and inspections.
