About the Role

Vanaura Organics is looking for three experienced Senior Accountants to join our finance team. We are seeking candidates with specialized experience in Compliance & Taxation, E-commerce Accounting, and Manufacturing Accounting.

Candidates should have strong accounting knowledge, proficiency in Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records while ensuring timely reporting and compliance.

Profile 1: Senior Accountant – Compliance & Taxation

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily accounting operations, including sales, purchases, expenses, payments, receipts, and bank entries.
- Handle GST, TDS, statutory filings, and other applicable tax compliances.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally Prime.
- Perform bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and balance sheet reconciliation.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and statutory records.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and other financial stakeholders.
- Ensure timely completion of compliance requirements and maintain proper documentation.

Required Expertise:

- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in financial reporting, ledger scrutiny, and audit coordination.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel.

Profile 2: Senior Accountant – E-commerce Accounting





Key Responsibilities:

- Manage accounting for online sales across Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Reconcile marketplace sales with settlement reports, bank receipts, and Tally records.
- Verify marketplace commissions, returns, refunds, discounts, fees, and other deductions.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in marketplace settlements and accounting records.
- Maintain accurate records of online sales, receivables, and payments.
- Prepare e-commerce reconciliation statements and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with marketplace support teams and internal departments to resolve accounting issues.

Required Expertise:

- Hands-on experience in e-commerce accounting and marketplace reconciliation.
- Prior experience with Amazon, Flipkart, or similar online selling platforms.
- Robust knowledge of Tally Prime, Excel, bank reconciliation, and settlement reports.

Profile 3: Senior Accountant – Manufacturing Sector

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage accounting activities related to manufacturing operations.
- Maintain records of raw materials, purchases, production costs, finished goods, and inventory.
- Monitor material consumption, stock movements,



and inventory valuation.
- Assist in cost accounting, product costing, and manufacturing expense analysis.
- Reconcile inventory records with physical stock and accounting records.
- Handle vendor payments, purchase entries, expense tracking, and bank reconciliation.
- Prepare cost reports, financial statements, and MIS reports.
- Support budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis for manufacturing operations.
- Ensure accurate accounting documentation and compliance with applicable statutory requirements.

Required Expertise:

- Prior experience in manufacturing or production-sector accounting.
- Knowledge of inventory accounting, cost accounting, stock valuation, and production expenses.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel.

Common Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Relevant accounting experience appropriate to the respective profile.
- Robust proficiency in Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and SUMIFS.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, maintain accuracy, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile: Candidates with specialized hands-on experience in compliance and taxation, e-commerce accounting, or manufacturing accounting are encouraged to apply.
