About Gentleman Group

Gentleman Group operates across multiple business segments, including Gentleman Regency, Chits, and Fuel Station operations. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead the complete Human Resources and Administration functions across all our business units.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in end-to-end HR management, statutory compliance, recruitment, payroll coordination, employee engagement, performance management, and multi-branch operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including manpower planning, job postings, resume screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads and branch managers to fulfill manpower requirements across Gentleman Regency, Chits, and Fuel Station operations.
- Utilize recruitment platforms such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn to attract suitable candidates.
- Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, statutory regulations, and employment requirements.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures across all business units.
- Oversee payroll coordination and ensure monthly salary and travel allowance (TA) processing by the 5th of every month.
- Manage attendance, leave, compensation, benefits, and HRMS operations.
- Design and implement annual performance appraisal systems and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
- Evaluate employees upon completion of their probation period and coordinate confirmation processes.




- Develop training programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and productivity.
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, confirmation, and exit management.
- Conduct background verification, reference checks, and exit interviews.
- Coordinate full and final settlements and ensure proper handover and recovery of company assets.
- Maintain accurate employee records, employment contracts, performance reviews, and statutory documentation.
- Handle labor inspections, statutory audits, and internal compliance reviews.
- Oversee head office administration, facilities, office supplies, procurement, and administrative budgets.
- Coordinate with branch managers to ensure consistent HR practices and smooth operations across all business units.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- MBA in Human Resources / HR Management is mandatory.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the complete HR function, from manpower planning to employee exit management.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR documentation.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Practical knowledge of HRMS software and payroll systems.
- Experience managing HR operations across multiple branches or business units.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, performance management, employee relations, and administration.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
