POSITION: RECEPTIONIST

--Day Shift & Night Shift

Pepper Coast Luxury Business Hotel is looking for responsible, professional, and customer-friendly receptionists to join our team.

--JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle guest check-ins and check-outs

Manage hotel reservations and room bookings

Attend guest enquiries, calls, and requests

Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments

Handle billing and maintain reception records

Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction

--REQUIREMENTS

Good communication and customer service skills

Basic computer knowledge

Hotel reception experience preferred

Knowledge of hotel booking platforms is an advantage

Willingness to work in day or night shifts

Qualified attitude and a presentable appearance
