About the Role

As a Graphic Designer, you will play an active role in creating engaging, high-quality visual content across digital and print channels. Working closely with senior designers and cross-functional teams, you will transform creative concepts, briefs, and brand guidelines into polished visual assets.

This role is ideal for an aspiring designer looking to refine their technical skills, contribute fresh ideas, and deliver impactful visual storytelling in a fast-paced creative environment.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Visual Design & Asset Creation

- Create engaging digital and print graphics, including social media posts, promotional banners, marketing collaterals, posters, and presentation decks.
- Apply fundamental design principles such as typography, layout composition, visual hierarchy, and colour theory to produce professional designs.
- Resize, format, and adapt creative assets for different digital platforms and print formats while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Assist in retouching, editing, and optimising images for web and print use.
- Explore and develop UI/UX design skills to support upcoming projects.

Creative & Technical Execution

- Work proficiently with design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Canva.




- Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh visual ideas and creative concepts for campaigns and projects.
- Stay updated with emerging design trends, visual tools, AI adaptations, and industry best practices.
- Review creative briefs and incorporate feedback to refine designs based on inputs from team leads and stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating fundamental design principles, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Basic knowledge of Figma, Canva, or other relevant design tools.
- Good understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate ideas into effective visual communication.
- Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX design is an added advantage.

Salary & Probation

- Probation Period: 3 months
- Salary During Probation: ₹18,000 - ₹20,000 per month, based on portfolio.
- Salary After Probation: Up to ₹25,000 per month, based on performance.
- Employment: Prospect for a permanent role upon successful completion of probation.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
