Job Title: HR Manager - Payroll & Compliance

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning.
- Coordinate with department heads to meet hiring requirements.
- Oversee onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and exit processes.
- Manage HRMS, employee records, payroll, and employee benefits.
- Monitor HR metrics, employee turnover, and recruitment efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws and statutory filing requirements.
- Handle PF, ESI, Qualified Tax, Minimum Wages, Bonus, and Gratuity compliance.
- Ensure compliance with POSH, Maternity Benefit, and Contract Labour regulations.
- Coordinate labour inspections, statutory audits, and contractor compliance.
- Implement HR policies and compliance processes across multiple locations.

Key Requirements





- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA in HR preferred.
- 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, including experience handling HR operations and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, statutory compliance, and payroll processes.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning.
- Experience managing HR operations, employee relations, and HRMS.
- Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple HR functions and ensure compliance across locations.
- Experience in the NBFC, banking, financial services, or a large corporate environment is preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
