Levarus Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and detail-oriented fresher who is eager to build a career in Tender Management, Proposal Coordination, and Human Resources (HR).

Responsibilities

Tender Management & Proposal Support

- Assist in reviewing RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, EOIs, and tender documents.
- Support the preparation and compilation of technical and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect required information and documentation.
- Follow up with vendors for quotations, pricing, technical inputs, and submission updates.
- Maintain tender trackers, submission deadlines, and follow-up records.
- Learn Levarus services, technologies, and pricing models to support proposal preparation.
- Ensure documents are accurate, complete, and aligned with tender requirements.

HR Administration & Recruitment

- Assist with recruitment activities, job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
- Coordinate with candidates regarding interviews,



feedback, and joining formalities.
- Support employee onboarding, documentation, and HR record maintenance.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, employee details, and other HR documentation.
- Assist in preparing HR letters, internal communications, and employee-related documents.
- Support employee engagement activities and day-to-day HR operations.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and follow company policies.

Who Can Apply?

- Fresh graduates, preferably MBA HR or MBA graduates from other specializations.
- Candidates interested in both HR activities and tender/proposal management.
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management skills.
- A positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
