We are looking for a Clinical Application Specialist to support the effective adoption and use of our technology applications in client hospitals.
The primary responsibility is to train nurses and clinical staff on application usage, conduct refresher training, and ensure users are confident in using the application as part of their daily clinical workflows.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct initial training for nurses and clinical staff on the application at client hospitals.
· Provide refresher training to reinforce application knowledge and address usage gaps.
· Demonstrate application features and guide users through practical, hands-on sessions.
· Support clinical users in resolving basic application-related queries and usage challenges.
· Coordinate with hospital teams to ensure effective application adoption.
· Identify recurring training needs and provide feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement.
· Maintain training records, user feedback, and training completion reports.
· Support the rollout of application updates and current features through user education.
Eligibility Criteria
· Qualifications: Nursing, ECG Technology, or Paramedical qualification.
· Experience: 1–3 years in a relevant clinical or healthcare setting.
· Basic understanding of hospital workflows and clinical environments.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Comfortable conducting training sessions and explaining technology to users.
· Willingness to travel to client hospitals as required.
