We are looking for a passionate and experienced Quantitative Aptitude Faculty to train students preparing for competitive management entrance examinations such as CAT, XAT, IPMAT, NMAT, SNAP, and CMAT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and concept-oriented classes in Quantitative Aptitude, Arithmetic, Algebra, Geometry, Number Systems, and Contemporary Mathematics.
- Develop students’ problem-solving skills, logical thinking, calculation speed, and accuracy.
- Prepare students for advanced-level questions and exam-specific problem-solving techniques.
- Conduct regular practice sessions, mock tests, doubt-clearing sessions, and performance evaluations.
- Develop structured lesson plans, practice materials, and test strategies.
- Analyse students’ performance and provide individual guidance to improve scores.
- Stay updated with the latest examination patterns, question types, and preparation strategies.
Eligibility & Skills:
- Strong command of Quantitative Aptitude and mathematical concepts.
- Prior teaching experience for CAT, XAT, IPMAT, or other management entrance examinations is preferred.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and teach multiple problem-solving approaches.
- A student-centric approach with a passion for mentoring aspirants.
Pay: ₹300.00 - ₹500.00 per hour
