Job Responsibilities

- Communicate with potential customers through calls and other communication channels.
- Explain company products and services clearly and professionally.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and support sales conversions.
- Handle customer queries and maintain skilled communication.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Work toward assigned sales targets and performance goals.

Requirements

- Excellent English communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Sales or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Good listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Job Details

- Position: Customer Sales Representative
- Job Location: Cosmos City, Indore, Madhya Pradesh
- Work Mode: In-person
- Shift Timing:



7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Salary: ₹12,000–₹15,000 per month + performance-based commission
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
