About the Role

Jain Wire Netting Corporation is looking for motivated and result-oriented Sales Executives to strengthen its dealer network and expand market presence across Kerala.

Candidates with prior field sales experience, preferably in the iron, steel, hardware, construction materials, or building materials industry, are encouraged to apply. Freshers with a strong interest in sales may also be considered.

Vacancies & Assigned Territories

1. Territory Sales Executive – Malappuram

* Primary Territory: Entire Malappuram district.

* May also cover selected areas of Calicut, Thrissur, or Palakkad based on business requirements.

2. Territory Sales Executive – Calicut & North Kerala

* Primary Territory: Kannur district and the northern areas extending south towards Calicut.

* Coverage includes Calicut and surrounding areas as assigned by the company.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and maintain relationships with existing dealers and distributors.

* Identify, approach, and appoint new dealers to expand the distribution network.

* Conduct regular field visits to dealers, retailers, and potential customers.

* Generate sales enquiries, follow up on orders, and achieve assigned sales targets.

* Promote the company’s iron, steel, wire mesh, and fencing products.

* Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and new business opportunities.

* Maintain daily customer visit records and submit regular sales reports.

* Build long-term business relationships and ensure consistent market coverage.

Candidate Requirements

* Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.

* Previous field sales experience is preferred, particularly in iron, steel, hardware, construction materials,



or building materials.

* Freshers with positive communication skills and a strong interest in sales may also apply.

* Good negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

* Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

* Knowledge of the local market and existing dealer network will be an added advantage.

* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Salary & Benefits

* Total Monthly Compensation: ₹28,000–₹32,000, depending on experience and suitability.

* Basic Salary: ₹18,000–₹22,000 per month.

* TA/DA & Other Allowances: Additional compensation towards travel, daily allowances, and other applicable allowances, as per company policy.

Field Tracking & Company Support

* A company-designated mobile application will be used to record GPS-based travel routes, distance travelled, field visits, and daily sales activities.

* Employees are expected to use the application consistently to maintain accurate and transparent records of field activities.

* Product catalogues, training materials, and other supporting resources will be provided to help employees understand the product range.

* Ongoing guidance and support will be provided to help employees succeed in their roles.
