CPUTEK Private Limited is looking for an LMS & Technical Lead to manage the development, customisation, implementation and maintenance of its Learning Management System (LMS). The candidate will lead technical execution, develop recent system functionalities and ensure a reliable, scalable and user-friendly learning platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead LMS development, configuration, customisation and deployment.
- Analyse technical requirements and translate them into system features.
- Develop and integrate modules such as user management, course management, assessments, dashboards and reporting.
- Manage backend systems, databases, APIs and third-party integrations.
- Ensure platform security, performance, scalability and mobile responsiveness.
- Support SCORM integration and digital learning content delivery.
- Conduct system testing, debugging and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with UI/UX designers,



instructional designers and digital content teams.
- Manage technical documentation, maintenance, updates and deployment.
- Lead technical problem-solving and ensure timely project delivery.

Required Qualifications

- B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, IT or a related discipline.
- Experience in LMS development, web application development or software engineering.
- Strong understanding of system architecture, backend development, databases and APIs.
- Knowledge of web technologies, system integration, testing and deployment.
- Ability to independently analyse requirements and develop technical solutions.
- Good problem-solving, communication and team coordination skills.

Pay: ₹977,000.00 - ₹2,270,000.00 per year
