Job Responsibilities

- Assist customers in selecting pet food, accessories, toys, grooming products, and other pet care essentials.
- Provide product recommendations based on customers’ needs and their pets’ requirements.
- Maintain product displays, store cleanliness, and shelf organization.
- Handle billing, sales transactions, and customer inquiries.
- Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory management, and replenish products.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
- Build positive customer relationships and deliver an excellent shopping experience.

Requirements

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- A customer-friendly attitude with a passion for pets and animal care.




- Basic knowledge of retail sales and customer service is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a team and handle a fast-paced retail environment.
- Prior experience in retail sales is preferred; freshers with the right attitude are welcome.
