Job Summary:
We are looking for a Purchase Executive responsible for sourcing materials, coordinating with vendors, negotiating prices, and ensuring timely procurement of raw materials, bought-out components, and other requirements as per project and production schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and evaluate reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Obtain and compare quotations from multiple suppliers.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial terms.
- Prepare and release Purchase Orders (POs).
- Procure raw materials, engineering components, electrical items, hardware, consumables, and bought-out items.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Follow up on pending orders and maintain delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with Production, Projects, Stores, Accounts, and Engineering departments.
- Verify material specifications, quantities, and quality requirements before procurement.




- Maintain purchase records, vendor quotations, comparative statements, and PO documentation.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with existing and new suppliers.
- Handle vendor inquiries, delivery issues, shortages, and material discrepancies.
- Support cost reduction and vendor development initiatives.
- Ensure procurement is carried out as per company policies and project requirements.

Required Skills:

- Valuable negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of procurement and vendor management.
- Basic understanding of engineering/manufacturing materials.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to compare quotations and prepare comparative statements.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple purchase requirements.

Qualification:
Diploma / BE / B.Tech / B.Com / BBA in relevant field preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
