Key Responsibilities of a Field Officer:-

1. Site Supervision: Regularly visit client sites and ensure security guards are performing their assigned duties properly.

2. Manpower Management: Ensure adequate deployment of security guards at all sites and arrange replacements for absent or leave-taking staff.

3. Attendance and Duty Roster: Monitor guard attendance, shift timings, punctuality, and maintain duty rosters.

4. Discipline and Grooming: Ensure guards follow company rules, maintain proper uniform and grooming standards, and behave professionally.

5. Client Coordination: Maintain good relationships with clients, address their complaints, and ensure satisfaction with security services.

6. Training and Briefing: Conduct regular briefings and guide security guards on their duties, emergency procedures, and site-specific instructions.

7. Incident Reporting: Handle security incidents, emergencies, thefts, accidents, and other unexpected situations, and report them promptly to senior management.

8. Site Inspection: Conduct surprise inspections to check guard alertness, registers, equipment, access control, and overall security arrangements.

9. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain site visit reports, attendance records,



incident reports, deployment details, and other operational documents.

10. Compliance and Safety: Ensure guards follow company policies, client instructions, and applicable security and safety requirements.

11. Recruitment and Deployment Support: Coordinate with HR for guard requirements, joining formalities, site allocation, and replacement arrangements.

12. Equipment and Uniform Management: Check the availability and proper use of uniforms, ID cards, communication devices, and other security equipment.

13. Emergency Management: Respond promptly to emergencies and coordinate with clients, guards, police, or emergency services when required.

14. Performance Monitoring: Evaluate guard performance, identify training needs, and recommend appreciation or disciplinary action when appropriate.

15. Management Reporting: Submit daily or periodic reports to the Operations Manager regarding site conditions, manpower shortages, client feedback, and operational issues.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
