About the program
We’re opening our doors to interns for a 3-month program designed to give you real, hands-on experience in sales development, customer outreach and new business generation within the technology industry.
What you’ll do
- Build hands-on sales development experience through prospecting, customer outreach and identifying new business opportunities
- Research prospective customers and contacts to identify the right people and organisations to engage
- Reach out to prospective customers through phone, email and LinkedIn to start conversations and generate interest
- Learn how to qualify prospects and develop initial conversations into genuine business opportunities
- Contribute to targeted outreach campaigns and gain practical experience using different approaches to engage prospective customers
Over the three months, you’ll build practical experience in prospecting, communication and business development, with plenty of opportunity to develop your confidence engaging with customers and starting new conversations.
Who we’re looking for
- Currently studying or recently graduated in a relevant technology, commerce, marketing, or related discipline
- Curious, proactive, and keen to learn how the tech industry actually works
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Comfortable in client-facing environments (or keen to get comfortable)
- Australian working rights
