What You’ll Do
- Call Canadian small and mid-sized business owners and decision-makers
- Understand their business and present solutions that help them get more customers
- Handle questions and objections with confidence
- Qualify interested prospects and book meetings / close opportunities
- Keep CRM records and call notes accurate after every call
- Daily targets: 150 outbound calls and 3 hours of talk time
What You’ll Earn
- Fixed monthly base salary
- Commissions on every finalized sale

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (any stream)
- Excellent spoken English: fluent, clear and grammatically strong
- Confident speaking with business owners
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Comfortable working the night shift consistently (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST)
- Willing to work on-site at Kompally (no work from home or hybrid)
- 1+ year of sales, telesales or international calling experience (US / UK / Canada / Australia)
- Experience with CRM tools or dialers
