Job Summary

Able Design and Manufacturing is looking for a detail-oriented and organized candidate for the position of Executive – Homologation in the Bus Body Certification Department. The candidate will be responsible for supporting homologation and certification activities, maintaining technical documentation, preparing reports, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure the timely completion of certification-related requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, organize, and maintain homologation and bus body certification documents.
- Prepare and update reports, spreadsheets, and records using MS Excel and MS Word.
- Assist in compiling technical documents required for vehicle certification and homologation processes.
- Coordinate with engineering and other departments to collect technical information, drawings, test reports, and specifications.
- Verify documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with specified requirements.
- Maintain records of document submissions, revisions, approvals, and pending activities.
- Track certification-related documentation and follow up on outstanding requirements.
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.




- Support the team in day-to-day homologation and certification activities.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: Any Graduate.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Strong documentation, data entry, and record-maintenance skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn automotive homologation and certification procedures.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Excel formulas, sorting, filtering, tables, and formatting.
- Ability to prepare and maintain professional reports and technical documents.
- Basic knowledge of the automotive industry is an added advantage.
- Previous experience in documentation, certification, or homologation will be an advantage.
