Role: .NET Developer & Support

Total Experience: 6-10 years

Job Location: Mumbai & Chennai

Mode of Hire: Permanent

Educational Qualification: Any (Full Time Graduate)

Key responsibilities:

- Perform support operations for .NET applications, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are consistently met.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure seamless support.
- Monitor application health and performance using tools like GCP Operations Suite.
- Manage change requests, deployments, and patching activities in coordination with stakeholders.
- Participate in rotational weekend support activities as required.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 6+ years of experience in .NET application support and development.
- Strong knowledge of C#, .NET Core, MVC,



ASP.NET, MVC .NET Core, Angular, SSIS and SQL Server.
- Experience with GCP services such as Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, and Cloud SQL.
- Experience using Service now / ADO.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA).
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proven experience in performing support tasks and managing stakeholders.
