WeSynapse is urgently hiring a skilled and result-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Advertising).

We are looking for a performance-driven professional who can plan, execute, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns to generate high-quality leads, improve conversions, and maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns and a strong understanding of lead generation, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
- Develop effective lead generation and conversion strategies for different businesses.
- Manage campaign budgets and optimize CPC, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
- Conduct audience research, targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audience creation.
- Perform A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, audiences, and campaign strategies.
- Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and conversion tracking.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and implement improvements.
- Generate weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.
- Coordinate with creative and content teams for high-performing advertisements.
- Develop strategies to improve lead quality and reduce acquisition costs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proven hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Facebook Business Manager.
- Strong knowledge of Facebook and Instagram lead generation campaigns.
- Understanding of campaign objectives, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking.




- Experience with Meta Pixel, retargeting, and conversion optimization.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize advertising budgets.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager is an advantage.
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience handling multiple client advertising accounts is preferred.
- Prior digital marketing agency experience will be an added advantage.

Experience

1–3 years of practical experience in Meta Ads and performance marketing preferred.

Candidates must have experience running real advertising campaigns and should be able to explain their campaign results, lead generation strategies, and optimization methods.
