We are looking for a Maintenance Fitter to perform mechanical maintenance, troubleshoot machinery problems, and ensure the smooth operation of industrial equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of industrial machinery and equipment.
- Dismantle, inspect, repair, and assemble mechanical components.
- Carry out fitting, alignment, and replacement of machine parts.
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical faults.
- Maintain bearings, shafts, couplings, gearboxes, and other mechanical components.
- Assist in machine installation and commissioning activities.
- Use hand tools and measuring instruments safely.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain maintenance records.
- Coordinate with the production team to minimize machine downtime.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of mechanical maintenance and fitting operations.
- Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot mechanical problems.
- Knowledge of bearings, shafts, couplings, and gearboxes is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a team and follow safety instructions.





Educational Qualification

ITI in Fitter / Mechanical Trade or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience

- Freshers: Candidates with basic mechanical knowledge and a willingness to learn are welcome.
- Experienced Candidates: Candidates with relevant industrial maintenance and fitting experience are preferred.

Salary and Perks

- Freshers: Take-home salary of ₹13,500 per month.
- Experienced Candidates: Salary will be based on relevant experience, technical skills, and previous salary.
- Overtime (OT): Overtime payment as per company policy and applicable rules.
- Provident Fund (PF): PF benefits as per applicable eligibility and statutory provisions.
