Elansis Technology is looking for a results-driven SEO Executive with hands-on experience in modern SEO, AI-powered search optimization, and paid advertising. The ideal candidate should understand how to improve organic visibility across Google Search and AI-driven platforms while supporting lead generation through Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO strategies to improve rankings, organic traffic, and conversions.
- Optimize websites for AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) to improve visibility in AI-powered search experiences.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, content gap analysis, and search intent mapping.
- Optimize website content, metadata, internal linking, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals.
- Plan and execute Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation, traffic, and conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance, manage budgets, and optimize CPC, CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
- Work with GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and advertising analytics to track performance.
- Use AI tools for keyword research, content optimization, reporting, and marketing workflow automation.
- Collaborate with content writers, designers,



and developers to implement SEO and marketing strategies.
- Prepare regular performance reports with actionable recommendations.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of practical experience in SEO and digital marketing.
- Working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar.
- Experience with WordPress, website optimization, and SEO plugins such as Rank Math or Yoast.
- Understanding of GA4, Google Search Console, GTM, conversion tracking, and performance reporting.
- Knowledge of AI search optimization, AEO, GEO, and AI-powered marketing tools.
- Robust analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Google Ads certification or relevant paid advertising experience.
- Experience managing campaigns for lead generation or service-based businesses.
- Understanding of landing page optimization, remarketing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Ability to use AI tools to improve marketing productivity without compromising content quality.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
