About the Role

CLV PRODUCTION is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our recruitment and human resource operations. This internship offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition, candidate screening, interview coordination, onboarding, and other day-to-day HR activities.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in building a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
- Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
- Post job openings and manage applications across relevant hiring channels.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening calls to assess candidates’ suitability for various roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and selection updates.
- Maintain and regularly update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring records.
- Assist with onboarding, employee documentation, and joining formalities.




- Support the HR team in maintaining organized recruitment records and reports.
- Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, or other job portals is an advantage.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take responsibility.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
