The Domain Trainer- Healthcare and Hospitality will be responsible for delivering high-quality domain-specific training to candidates enrolled under the DDU-GKY skill development program. The trainer will equip trainees with the required theoretical knowledge, practical skills, professional behaviour, and industry readiness necessary for employment in the healthcare sector.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

- Conduct domain training sessions as per the approved Qualification Pack (QP), National Occupational Standards (NOS), and course curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, session plans, training schedules, presentations, and practical training activities.
- Deliver theoretical and practical training related to healthcare services and procedures.
- Demonstrate proper use of healthcare equipment, tools, and safety practices.
- Ensure trainees understand infection control, hygiene, patient safety, biomedical waste management, and professional ethics.
- Conduct regular assessments, tests, practical evaluations, and mock assessments.
- Monitor trainee attendance, performance, discipline, and learning progress.
- Provide individual guidance and remedial support to trainees requiring additional assistance.
- Maintain training records, assessment records, attendance sheets, practical logs, and other documentation as required under DDU-GKY guidelines.
- Coordinate with the Centre Manager, Quality Team, Mobilization Team, and Placement Team for smooth implementation of the training program.
- Ensure the availability and proper utilization of training aids, equipment, laboratories, and practical materials.
- Conduct industry-oriented sessions, role plays,



demonstrations, and workplace readiness activities.
- Prepare candidates for final assessments, certification, interviews, and employment opportunities.
- Maintain discipline and ensure a safe, inclusive, and professional learning workplace.
- Keep updated with developments in healthcare practices, occupational standards, and skill development requirements.
- Participate in inspections, audits, monitoring visits, and reviews conducted by project authorities.
- Support placement activities and provide post-training guidance to candidates wherever required.

Education & Experience

- Diploma / Degree in Nursing, Healthcare, Medical Laboratory Technology, Physiotherapy, Pharmacy, or any other relevant Healthcare discipline.
- Relevant certification in the respective healthcare job role will be preferred. Experience
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant industry and/or training experience in the healthcare sector.
- Experience in vocational education, skill development, or government-funded training projects will be preferred.
- Experience with NSQF-aligned courses, Qualification Packs (QP), and National Occupational Standards (NOS) will be an added advantage. Experience

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
