Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and expand the Company's market presence in aluminium doors, windows, and architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and approach potential clients, architects, builders, consultants, dealers, and distributors.
- Generate new leads and develop business opportunities to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain client details, lead status, and follow-ups in GetLead.so CRM.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand project requirements.




- Coordinate with the Estimation and Technical Teams for timely quotation preparation and submission.
- Follow up on quotations and convert business opportunities into confirmed projects.
- Submit weekly work schedules every Saturday and update daily expenses on the same day.
- Attend mandatory weekly review meetings and submit performance reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments and maintain professional client relationships.

Required Skills:

- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client relationship management and lead generation abilities.
- Valuable planning, follow-up, and reporting skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to use CRM software.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
