We are looking for an ambitious, strategic, and high-energy Business Head – Ceramics & Retail to own the end-to-end vision, operations, and P&L; of this business unit.

What You’ll Do

* Drive Business Growth: Take total ownership of the P&L;, executing aggressive revenue expansion and profitability strategies across retail galleries and wholesale networks.

* Lead Retail Excellence: Manage our flagship La Optionz Luxury Galleries and franchise outlets, creating world-class showroom experiences, SOPs, and footfall conversion strategies.

* Expand the Ecosystem: Cultivate key industry relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, real estate developers, and corporate clients.

* Scale Distribution: Grow the dealer network to expand market share while maintaining brand prestige.

* Build High-Performing Teams: Recruit, mentor, and lead retail store managers, sales executives,



and marketing teams; set incentive models and drive sales excellence.

* Optimize Operations & Inventory: Work with supply chain teams to optimize inventory turns, demand forecasting, and stock aging across central warehouses and galleries. What We’re Looking For

* Proven Experience: 8 to 15+ years of leadership experience in building materials, ceramics, vitrified tiles, luxury sanitaryware, or high-end interior finishes.

* P&L; Management: Strong track record of managing multi-crore P&Ls; and scaling retail/distribution networks.

* Network & Connections: Strong existing relationships with regional architects, interior designers, and developer networks in Gujarat or Western India.

* Retail Acumen: Deep understanding of visual merchandising, luxury customer journeys, and showroom operations.

* Strategic & Hands-On: Ability to alternate between macro business strategy and on-the-ground operational execution.

Education & Qualifications

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA / PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Retail Management preferred).
