Job Overview

As an Affiliate Growth Intern, you will help expand the Digiguru Paathsala Affiliate Program across India. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential affiliates, help them join the program, support their promotional activities and contribute to genuine course sales through organic marketing.

This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in affiliate marketing and business growth while working remotely with an EdTech startup.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with potential affiliates, college students, content creators, freelancers and aspiring entrepreneurs.
- Promote the affiliate program through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Instagram and relevant online communities.
- Explain the affiliate registration process, commission structure and promotional guidelines.
- Help current affiliates get started with referral links and approved marketing materials.
- Follow up with registered affiliates and encourage consistent promotional activities.
- Assist affiliates with basic marketing queries and promotional strategies.
- Track outreach, registrations, active affiliates, leads and verified course sales using Google Sheets.
- Submit daily activity updates and weekly performance reports.
- Suggest new ideas to increase affiliate participation and improve conversions.

Eligibility Criteria





- MBA students or MBA graduates, preferably in Marketing, Sales, Business Development or Entrepreneurship.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Instagram and Google Sheets.
- Interest in digital marketing, EdTech, AI and startup ecosystems.
- Self-motivated, organized and comfortable working independently from home.
