Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Jewellery Merchandiser to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing merchandising strategies that drive sales, optimize inventory, and enhance the overall customer experience. This role requires a strong understanding of jewellery market trends, product lifecycle management, and excellent analytical skills to ensure our product assortment meets market demand and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive merchandising strategies for various jewellery categories, aligning with brand vision and sales targets.
- Conduct in-depth market research and trend analysis to identify new product opportunities, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from conceptualization, sourcing, development, to launch and discontinuation, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with design, production, and sales teams to ensure a cohesive product offering and effective go-to-market strategies.




- Monitor inventory levels, analyze sales performance, and forecast future demand to optimize stock rotation, minimize overstocking, and prevent stock-outs.
- Negotiate with suppliers for pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost-effectiveness and maintain solid vendor relationships.
- Analyze sales data, profitability, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Develop pricing strategies that maximize profitability while remaining competitive and appealing to target customers.
- Prepare detailed merchandising reports, presentations, and analyses for management, highlighting performance, trends, and strategic recommendations.
- Support visual merchandising teams in creating compelling in-store and online product displays that enhance product appeal and drive sales.
- Ensure all products comply with industry standards, regulations, and ethical sourcing practices.
