Position: QA Officer – Analytical Data Review
Experience: 2Years
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc. (Chemistry or Analytical Chemistry)

Job Responsibilities

- Review and verification of analytical data generated by the Quality Control (QC) department.
- Review of raw data, analytical worksheets, test reports, and Certificates of Analysis (COAs).
- Review of HPLC, GC, UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, FTIR, Dissolution, and other analytical instrument data, as applicable.
- Verification of analytical results against approved specifications and test methods.
- Review of chromatograms, calculations, system suitability results, and analytical worksheets.
- Ensure compliance with Positive Documentation Practices (GDP), GMP, and data integrity requirements.
- Identify discrepancies, atypical results, and documentation errors, and coordinate with QC for investigation and correction as per approved procedures.




- Review of OOS/OOT investigations and related analytical documentation, as assigned.
- Ensure proper documentation, traceability, and completeness of analytical records.
- Support internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections related to analytical documentation.

Required Skills

- Practical experience in analytical data review in a pharmaceutical manufacturing company.
- Knowledge of GMP, GDP, data integrity, and ALCOA+ principles.
- Understanding of analytical instruments and pharmaceutical QC testing.
- Good documentation, observation, and communication skills.
