Job Responsibilities

- Assist residents and visitors with luggage, personal belongings and other reasonable requirements.
- Escort residents and guests safely within the premises.
- Deliver messages, parcels, meals or essential items to residents’ rooms when required.
- Support the reception and other departments with routine tasks.
- Help maintain a welcoming, respectful and comfortable environment for residents and visitors.
- Promptly report residents’ requests or concerns to the appropriate department.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

- Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass.
- Polite, responsible and respectful behaviour.
- Willingness to assist senior citizens with patience and compassion.
- Physically fit and able to remain active during the shift.
- Punctual,



disciplined and comfortable working day or night shifts.
- Previous experience in a hotel, hospital, senior living facility or similar setting will be preferred but is not mandatory.

Shift Details

- Day and night shifts available.
- Shift duration: 12 hours.
- Candidates must be willing to work according to the assigned duty roster.
