Title: 5 Axis Master Cam Programmer

Key Responsibilities

- CAM Programming: Develop, simulate, and optimize complex 3+2 and simultaneous 5-axis CNC milling programs using Mastercam.
- Setup & Operation: Independently set up, fixture, tool, and operate 5-axis CNC milling machines (experience with Siemens, Fanuc, or Haas controllers preferred).
- Simulation & Prove-Out: Perform rigorous toolpath simulation, verify post-processed G-code, and run collision checks before first-off production.
- Blueprint & GD&T; Interpretation: Read and interpret complex engineering drawings, 3D CAD models, and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T;) specifications.
- Tool & Material Selection: Choose appropriate cutting tools, feeds, speeds, and work-holding fixtures for challenging materials (e.g., Stainless Steel, Titanium, Inconel, Aluminum, and engineering polymers).
- Quality Control:



Inspect finished components using precision tools (micrometers, height gauges, 3D coordinate measuring machines / CMM) to ensure strict adherence to tolerances.
- Troubleshooting: Resolve shop-floor issues related to tool wear, chatter, thermal distortion, and part dimensional accuracy.
- Continuous Improvement: Streamline machining strategies to reduce cycle times, extend tool life, and mentor junior operators/machiners.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
