Suroskie is looking for a motivated Performance Marketing Intern interested in digital advertising and e-commerce growth. The intern will gain hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, campaign optimization, creative testing, and performance analysis while supporting the growth of our D2C business.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up and managing Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Support Google Ads campaign execution and optimization, including Search and Performance Max.
- Monitor daily ad spend, ROAS, CPA, CPC, CPM, and CTR.
- Assist with creative testing, ad copy testing, and campaign optimization.
- Track campaign performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives and videos.
- Prepare daily and weekly performance reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and paid advertising.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical skills and willingness to learn.
- Interest in e-commerce, performance marketing, and D2C brands.
- Positive communication skills and a proactive attitude.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
