Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Assist customers with order status, product information, and complaints.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM data.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Follow up with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
