Role Overview

We are looking for an accomplished HR Leader with 14–18 years of experience , preferably from organizations such as technology/IT consulting organizations.

The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to BFSI / Financial Services , particularly experience working with or supporting teams serving global investment banks/financial institutions .

This role requires a hands-on HR leader who can combine strategic HR leadership with strong execution across talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, organization development and leadership hiring.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Leadership Hiring

- Own strategic hiring for technology, AI/ML, engineering, product, delivery and corporate functions.
- Build strong talent pipelines for senior and niche technology positions.
- Leverage an established professional network across technology organizations .
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior technology and business professionals across the BFSI ecosystem.
- Drive leadership and critical-position hiring through direct sourcing, referrals and professional networks.




- Build a strong employer brand within the technology and BFSI talent market.

BFSI Ecosystem

- Bring strong understanding of the BFSI technology talent landscape , particularly investment banking and capital-markets environments.
- Ability to understand and navigate talent ecosystems involving other global financial institutions.
- Build talent and relationship networks across investment banking, financial services and fintech organizations.
- Understand the expectations, culture, skill requirements and hiring practices prevalent in large financial-services technology environments.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 14–18 years of progressive TA experience, preferably in GCC, BFSI, technology, IT services, consulting, fintech or BFSI technology organizations.
- Strong experience supporting technology teams and senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated exposure to GCC, BFSI / investment banking / financial-services technology environments.
- Strong qualified network across technology and BFSI talent pools.
- Experience in hiring senior technology professionals and leadership positions.
- Strong understanding of compensation benchmarking, employee relations, performance management and talent strategy.




- Experience working in high-growth or entrepreneurial environments is preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder-management, communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on when required.
