Role Overview

We are looking for a knowledgeable and versatile Mathematics Tutor with experience teaching international curricula.

The selected tutor will provide personalized 1-to-1 online Mathematics classes to students following different international educational systems.

We are particularly interested in candidates who can teach Mathematics across several of the following curricula:

- IGCSE Mathematics
- GCSE Mathematics
- AS Level Mathematics
- A Level Mathematics
- IB MYP Mathematics
- IBDP Mathematics, including Analysis & Approaches (AA) and Applications & Interpretation (AI)

Candidates who can teach Mathematics across the greatest number of these curricula will be given priority. Experience teaching both IBDP Mathematics AA and AI, alongside other international curricula, will be a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

- Conduct personalized 1-to-1 online Mathematics classes for international students.
- Teach Mathematics according to the relevant international curriculum and assessment requirements.
- Explain mathematical concepts, formulas, and problem-solving methods clearly.
- Help students strengthen conceptual understanding, analytical thinking, and mathematical reasoning.




- Prepare students for curriculum-specific examinations, assessments, and tests.
- Practice examination-style questions and past papers with students.
- Identify learning gaps and provide targeted academic support.
- Adapt teaching methods to the student's curriculum, grade level, and learning requirements.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback.

Requirements Must Have

- Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics.
- Previous teaching experience in at least one of the specified international curricula: IGCSE, GCSE, AS Level, A Level, IB MYP, or IBDP.
- Familiarity with the relevant international curriculum and its examination or assessment requirements.
- Good English communication skills.
- Ability to explain mathematical concepts clearly and conduct effective 1-to-1 online classes.
- Willingness and ability to teach international students.

Key: Experience teaching only CBSE, ICSE, or state-board Mathematics does not meet the eligibility requirements for this vacancy.

Preferred

- Experience teaching Mathematics across multiple international curricula listed in this vacancy.
- Experience teaching both GCSE and IGCSE Mathematics.
- Experience teaching both AS Level and A Level Mathematics.
- Experience teaching IB MYP and IBDP Mathematics.
- Experience teaching both IBDP Mathematics AA and AI.
- Experience teaching different grade levels within international curricula.
- Experience preparing international students for examinations and assessments.
- Previous experience providing personalized online tutoring to international students.





Priority will be given to candidates who can demonstrate teaching expertise across several of the specified international curricula.
