Position: Driver
Department: Administration
Salary: ₹24,000 per month
Working Hours: 10 hours per day
Additional Overtime: Payable separately as per company policy and applicable labour laws

Roles and Responsibilities

- Drive company vehicles safely for official duties, employee transportation, material delivery, and other assigned activities.
- Follow the daily travel schedule and instructions given by the HR/Admin Department or management.
- Ensure timely pickup and drop-off of employees, customers, and company personnel as required.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
- Check fuel, engine oil, coolant, tyre pressure, brakes, lights, and other essential vehicle components regularly.
- Maintain vehicle documents, including the driving licence, insurance, registration certificate (RC), and pollution certificate (PUC), as applicable.
- Maintain daily vehicle logbooks, kilometre readings, fuel records, trip details, and other required documents.
- Report vehicle breakdowns, accidents, traffic violations, and maintenance requirements immediately to the concerned authority.
- Follow traffic rules, company safety procedures,



and all applicable road transport regulations.
- Support loading and unloading of materials or goods when required and when safe to do so.
- Ensure the vehicle is parked securely after completing assigned duties and hand over the keys as instructed.
- Maintain professional behaviour, punctuality, confidentiality, and discipline while on duty.
- Regular Duty: 10 hours per day, subject to the company's approved duty schedule and applicable working-hour requirements.
- Additional Overtime: Work beyond the approved regular duty hours must receive prior approval from the reporting manager or HR/Admin Department.
- Overtime Payment: Additional overtime will be calculated and paid separately in accordance with applicable labour laws and company policy.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
