Job Purpose

To oversee and manage business operations in Guwahati, drive sales and profitability, ensure operational excellence, and lead teams effectively to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Sales

- Achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, profitability

- Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions wherever required.

2. Operations Management

- Oversee day-to-day business operations across assigned stores and/or distribution activities.

- Ensure smooth functioning of operations and adherence to company policies and procedures.

- Monitor inventory, stock movement, billing, and operational costs.

3. Team Management

- Lead, guide, and motivate store managers, sales teams, and other employees.

- Ensure adequate manpower, staff productivity, discipline, and attendance.

- Identify training needs and develop team capabilities.

4. Reporting & Coordination

- Prepare and submit regular business performance reports to management.

- Analyse sales trends, targets, achievements, and areas for improvement.

- Ensure timely implementation of management decisions and business initiatives.





5. Compliance & Governance

- Ensure adherence to company policies, statutory requirements, and operational guidelines.

- Maintain proper documentation and records.

- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and brand standards.

Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Business Management or Marketing will be an advantage.

- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in business operations, retail management, sales, or distribution.

- Experience in handling multiple stores, teams, or business units will be preferred.

- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and business performance analysis.

Preferred Candidate:

-A result-oriented skilled with strong business acumen, leadership ability, and the capability to drive growth while ensuring smooth operations in Guwahati.

- Age between 40 to 50

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
