Email Lead Generation & Outreach Executive – B2B

Job Description
We are looking for an Email Lead Generation & Outreach Executive to identify relevant business prospects, build verified contact lists, execute targeted cold email campaigns, and generate qualified business opportunities for our sales team.

The role combines B2B prospect research, email discovery, data enrichment, personalized email outreach, automated follow-ups, and campaign performance monitoring. You will identify businesses that may require website development, Google Ads, SEO, social media marketing, and other IT or digital marketing services, then initiate professional email conversations with relevant decision-makers.

This position is suitable for candidates who understand how to find the right business contacts, maintain accurate prospect databases, execute structured email outreach, and improve campaign results through relevant targeting and consistent follow-ups.

Key responsibilities include:

- Research potential business clients using Google Search, Google Maps, LinkedIn, company websites, business directories, Apollo.io, and other prospecting tools
- Identify decision-makers such as Founders, CEOs, Directors, Business Owners, and Marketing Heads
- Find and verify business email addresses and enrich prospect records with company details, website information, industry, location, and relevant contact information
- Build, clean, organize, and segment B2B prospect databases based on industry, business type, location, service requirements, and campaign objectives
- Identify companies that may benefit from website development, SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, or other digital services
- Use email discovery, verification, data enrichment, and AI-assisted prospecting tools to improve data quality and research efficiency
- Prepare personalized cold email campaigns that introduce relevant services and encourage genuine business conversations
- Write or adapt email subject lines, opening messages,



calls to action, and follow-up sequences according to the target audience and campaign objective
- Set up and manage outreach campaigns using approved email outreach and automation platforms
- Coordinate email sending infrastructure requirements, including domain configuration, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, inbox readiness, and warm-up practices where applicable
- Monitor email delivery, bounce rates, replies, positive responses, spam complaints, unsubscribe requests, and other relevant campaign metrics
- Investigate deliverability issues and maintain appropriate contact-list hygiene, sender reputation, and campaign quality
- Test and improve targeting, messaging, subject lines, follow-up timing, and calls to action based on campaign performance
- Manage automated follow-ups while ensuring prospects who respond, unsubscribe, or request no further contact are handled appropriately
- Identify interested and responsive prospects and pass qualified opportunities to the SDR or Business Development team with relevant communication history
- Maintain campaign records, prospect status, responses, and follow-up activities in CRM, Excel, or Google Sheets
- Follow applicable data protection requirements, company outreach policies, and email platform rules
- Work toward defined targets for verified contacts, relevant outreach, positive responses, qualified leads, and campaign performance

Experience
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in email lead generation, cold email outreach, B2B prospecting, email marketing operations, or outbound campaign management preferred.
