- Supervise and guide nursing staff.
- Manage duty rosters, shift handovers, and staff allocation.
- Ensure quality patient care and patient safety.
- Monitor medication administration and nursing documentation.
- Follow infection control protocols and NABH standards.
- Coordinate with doctors and hospital departments.
- Handle nursing staff concerns and training.
Required Candidate Profile
- Qualification: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing
- Experience: 3–5 years of hospital experience; team leader experience preferred.
- Valid nursing council registration as per hospital requirements.
- Good communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Willing to work rotational shifts.
