Interior Company, a subsidiary of Square Yards, is looking for a creative and customer-focused Creative Designer / Design Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for interior design, excellent communication skills, and experience in both design and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand clients' requirements, preferences, and budgets to provide suitable interior design solutions. - Develop creative and functional interior design concepts based on customer expectations
. - Present design ideas and help clients visualize their dream spaces. - Manage client relationships and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the design process. - Coordinate with internal teams to deliver projects according to client requirements.
- Contribute to business growth through effective client interaction and sales. - Maintain solid customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
1–4 years of experience in interior design, preferably in a client-facing sales and design role.
- Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp,
V-Ray, and rendering tools. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer relationship management skills. - Creative thinking, analytical skills, and a customer-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of CRM practices. - Ability to manage client expectations and deliver effective design solutions.
Educational Qualification B.Arch, BBA, or MBA preferred.
Employment Details - Employment Type: Full-time - Experience Required: 6m–4 Years - Industry: Interior Design / Architecture & Planning Interested Candidates Candidates with a passion for interior design, strong client-handling skills, and experience in sales and design are encouraged to apply.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
