Trade Tech International is hiring a Civil Supervisor for a construction company in Oman. The ideal candidate will assist in supervising daily civil construction activities and ensure work is completed safely, on time, and according to project plans and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities at the project site.
- Coordinate with site workers, technicians, and other team members.
- Monitor work progress to ensure timely project completion.
- Ensure construction work follows approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Maintain site safety and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
- Report work progress and site-related issues to the project management team.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in civil construction or site supervision; freshers may also apply.
- Basic understanding of civil construction methods and site operations.
- Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work at a construction project site in Oman.
