- Quality Assurance & Compliance: Maintain and audit the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or AS9100).
- Inspection & Testing: Oversee first-article inspection (FAI), in-process inspections, and final product release protocols. Review engineering drawings, tolerances (GD&T;), and technical specifications.
- Root Cause & Problem Solving: Lead failure investigations, non-conformance reviews (NCR), and Corrective/Preventive Action (CAPA) processes using structured methodologies like 8D, 5 Whys, and Fishbone diagrams.
- Process Improvement: Apply Lean and Six Sigma principles, Statistical Process Control (SPC), and Measurement System Analysis (MSA) to reduce scrap, rework, and process variability.
- Current Product Introduction (NPI):



Support NPI by participating in APQP activities, creating control plans, process flow diagrams, and developing FMEAs (DFMEA/PFMEA) and PPAP packages.
- Supplier Quality Support: Collaborate with supply chain teams to evaluate supplier quality, conduct supplier audits, and resolve vendor non-conformances.
- Audits & Reporting: Prepare for and host internal and external customer/third-party audits. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as scrap rate, yield, customer PPM, and audit compliance

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
