Job Title: Non-IT Recruiter – US Staffing

Location: Hyderabad, India(Ameerpet)
Experience: 1–5 Years (US Staffing preferred)
Shift: US Night Shift(7:30PM-4:30AM)

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for US clients across Legal, Engineering, Clinical, Healthcare, Finance & Accounting, and Blue-Collar domains.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and screen candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Conduct candidate screening and submit qualified profiles.
- Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, and support offer negotiations.
- Build candidate pipelines and achieve recruitment targets.

Requirements:

- US staffing experience preferred.
- Strong communication, sourcing, and screening skills.
- Ability to work US night shifts in a target-driven setting.
