Rukmani Motors is looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage customer enquiries, follow-ups, feedback, and after-sales coordination for electric scooters and bikes.
Mandatory requirement: Only candidates with previous two-wheeler industry experience will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries related to electric scooters and bikes.
- Follow up with customers regarding sales, bookings, and vehicle deliveries.
- Maintain customer databases and CRM records.
- Coordinate with sales, service, and workshop teams to resolve customer issues.
- Contact customers for service reminders, feedback, and satisfaction surveys.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Support customer retention and relationship-building activities.
- Maintain daily call reports and follow-up records.
Eligibility Criteria
- Previous two-wheeler industry experience is mandatory.
- Experience in a two-wheeler dealership or service center is preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software are an advantage.
- Positive attitude, follow-up skills, and a customer-oriented approach.
Salary Details
- Monthly Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000
