Buzzmint Media is looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and social-media-savvy Social Media Intern to help increase our brand reach, visibility, and engagement across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, have creative content ideas, and be passionate about growing social media pages organically. This internship is a excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media marketing, content planning, audience engagement, and brand building.

Location: Moti Nagar, Delhi
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
Internship Duration: 6 Months
Stipend: Up to ₹10,000 per month

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management

- Manage and grow the company's Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook pages.
- Help increase organic reach, followers, engagement, and overall brand visibility.
- Plan and schedule regular posts, reels, stories, carousels, and other social media content.
- Research trending topics, hashtags, audio, and content formats relevant to the brand.
- Develop creative ideas to improve audience engagement and attract new followers.

Content Planning & Creation

- Assist in creating engaging captions, post ideas, reels concepts, and short-form content.
- Coordinate with the graphic design and video editing teams for content creation.
- Maintain a social media content calendar and ensure consistent posting.
- Adapt content according to the audience and requirements of each platform.

Audience Engagement & Growth

- Monitor comments, messages, shares, and audience interactions.
- Explore organic growth strategies to improve reach and engagement.




- Research competitors and identify opportunities to improve social media performance.
- Track post performance, impressions, reach, engagement, and follower growth.
- Prepare regular reports and suggest ideas to improve page performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

✔ Basic understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

✔ Interest in social media marketing, content creation, and digital trends.

✔ Creative thinking and the ability to suggest engaging content ideas.

✔ Basic knowledge of Canva is an advantage.

✔ Good communication and writing skills.

✔ Willingness to learn social media analytics and organic growth strategies.

✔ Consistency, creativity, and a proactive attitude.
