Job Summary
Coordinate container placement, movement and return while maintaining accurate container status records.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate container pickup, placement, loading and delivery with transporters and operational contacts.
- Track container numbers, movement milestones and empty-container returns.
- Follow up with drivers, terminals, customers and branch teams on pending movements.
- Maintain container movement registers and supporting transport documents.
- Escalate delays, missed slots and documentation gaps to the reporting manager.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate preferred. Relevant experience in logistics,
transportation or the role’s core function is preferred. Candidates should be comfortable managing time-sensitive follow-ups and maintaining accurate records.
