Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and skilled manner.
- Offer drinking water to patients and ensure they are comfortable.
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and schedule appointments.
- Register patients and maintain accurate records.
- Handle billing and collect payments.
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures as required.
- Clean, disinfect, and sterilize dental instruments after each treatment.
- Keep the reception, waiting area, and treatment rooms clean and organized.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow clinic policies.
- Perform other duties assigned by the dentist or management.
